Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling and forecasting capability.
• Sound understanding of balance sheet performance, NIM and NII, capital, liquidity and funding.
• Ability to analyse interest rate, pricing and market scenarios and connect them to financial outcomes.
• Strong analytical judgement and ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and enhance product-level and whole-of-bank forecasting models covering NIM, NII, capital, liquidity and balance sheet performance.
• Deliver budgets, forecasts and longer-term projections, modelling the impact of growth strategies, pricing decisions, member behaviour, funding initiatives and changing market conditions.
• Analyse the drivers of margin and profitability and assess the impact of cash rate and yield curve movements, hedging and product pricing.
• Run scenario and sensitivity analysis and recommend opportunities to optimise funding mix, capital utilisation, liquidity and overall balance sheet performance.
• Translate complex modelling and financial outcomes into clear, actionable insights for Executive Management, ALCO and the Board.
• Maintain robust model governance, documentation, validation and controls while continuously improving methodologies, assumptions and reporting.
