Job summary

Ubank is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to deliver robust financial plans, forecasts and insightful business performance reporting. You will partner with executives, challenge assumptions and drive data-based decision making across the organisation.

You will lead a small team, develop planning models, and implement BI-driven reporting using tools like Power BI, TM1 and Anaplan. A strong business orientation and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounting/finance or FP&A, preferably retail banking.
• Minimum 3 years in people management and leadership.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience with BI tools to automate reporting and dashboards.
• Proven communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Leadership Team in defining strategy and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial planning models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Produce regular performance reports for stakeholders.
• Highlight risks and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
• Lead, manage and develop junior team members.
