Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to support kitchen operations across our aged care homes. You will prep meals and beverages, assist with dishwashing, and help keep the kitchen menu refreshed while ensuring food safety records are up to date.

We value a positive team player who can manage time effectively and contribute to resident well‑being through quality meal preparation and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen work is essential.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices.
• Able to work well in a team and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepping food and drinks for residents.
• Cleaning duties including dishwashing.
• Helping to refresh and adapt the menu with the team.
• Keeping records as part of the Food Safety Program.
