Job summary

Arcare Kanwal is seeking a Casual Food Services Assistant to support meal service for residents, ensuring a welcoming dining experience and nutritious meals.

You will assist with basic food prep, plating, dining setup, and kitchen hygiene while engaging positively with residents during mealtimes. Applicants must have a Food Handler's Certificate or be willing to obtain one.

About The Role

In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality meals and create a welcoming dining experience for our residents. Your contribution will play an important role in enhancing residents' comfort, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.

• Assist with meal preparation, including basic food prep and plating
• Serve meals in accordance with individual dietary requirements
• Set up and maintain clean, organised dining areas
• Wash dishes and maintain kitchen hygiene standards
• Engage positively with residents during mealtimes
