Job summary

Arcare Point Lonsdale is seeking Casual Food Services Assistants to support our dining operations and enhance residents’ meals and wellbeing. Join a team delivering high-quality meals in a welcoming environment across a variety of shifts.

You will prepare, plate, serve and maintain dining areas while respecting dietary needs and residents’ comfort. This role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and a caring approach within our valued Arcare community.

Qualifications

• Holds (or willing to obtain) a Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, including basic food prep and plating.
• Serve meals in accordance with individual dietary requirements.
• Set up and maintain clean, organised dining areas.
