Qualifications

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automated filling, processing or packaging equipment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to monitor machinery and respond to production issues.
• Reliable and flexible across shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated filling and packaging machinery on production lines.
• Set up, adjust and monitor machinery to maintain efficiency.
• Monitor fill weights, quality and packaging standards.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Identify and report equipment faults or production issues.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with cleaning and routine maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with production team to meet targets.
