Unique Homestyle Foods is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to guide a busy team and ensure excellent service to customers and consumers.

You will coach staff, manage orders and credits, and collaborate with departments to keep stock, deliveries and campaigns running smoothly. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, precise data entry, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced food environment in Adelaide.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a customer service or team leader role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly accurate data entry and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, coaching and supporting team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Processing customer orders accurately and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth orders, credits and deliveries.
• Investigating and processing credits.
• Maintaining knowledge of product range and upselling opportunities.
• Managing daily operations including stock, resources and workflow.
• Making friendly cold calls to potential customers in the food industry.
• Supporting other departments to maintain systems and participate in campaigns.
