Job summary

Hellers Australia is seeking a customer-focused professional to support customers and sales teams by handling enquiries, maintaining pricing and customer data, and ensuring service excellence. You will be the main contact across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and Product Development, delivering accurate communication and coordinated support.

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for enquiries, manage orders, stock availability, pricing changes, and customer records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in customer service or related role.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, retail, wholesale or distribution.
• Experience managing customer enquiries and communications.
• Experience using ERP, CRM or customer management systems.
• Strong administration, data management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work Australian Eastern business hours.
• Desirable: grocery/retail/foodservice customer experience.
• Desirable: pricing administration or master data management.
• Desirable: supply chain/order fulfilment knowledge.

You will play a critical role in supporting customers and sales teams by providing timely communication, managing enquiries, maintaining pricing and customer data, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. As the key point of contact for many of our customers, you will help deliver exceptional service, accurate communication and seamless coordination across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and Product Development.
