Qualifications

• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, including table and event service, beverage expertise, and coffee crafting.
• Confident communication with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless teamwork.
• Adaptable across diverse F&B settings and schedules (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the country/state/territory.
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a diverse team.
