Job summary

Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our fast-paced F&B team across restaurants, bar and events spaces, delivering warm, professional service to guests.

You will mentor staff, maintain hygiene standards, manage dietary requirements, and collaborate with kitchen and sales teams to create memorable experiences. This role requires leadership, flexibility and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality and team management.
• RSA certificate held and up to date.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations as required.
• Collaborate with kitchen, events sales, and other departments.
• Assist in training and mentoring new and existing team members.

• Ensure dietary/allergen requirements are met accurately.
• Assist in creating and implementing F&B promotions and upselling.
• Monitor stock control and breakage reporting.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role you will lead and inspire our Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding and unforgettable moments for our guests

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead by example to deliver warm, professional service across our restaurants, bar, and events spaces.
• Oversee our daily F&B operations as required.
• Collaborate with our kitchen and conference and events sales team.
• Assist in training, and mentoring new and existing team members.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across outlets.
• Ensure guests’ dietary and allergen requirements are met with care and accuracy.
• Assist in creating and implementing innovative F&B promotions and champion upselling.
• Monitor stock control and breakage reporting.

Qualifications

About You

• Strong leadership skills and previous experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry.
• Current RSA Certificate.
• Working collaboratively with various departments.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, wine and cocktail knowledge is a bonus.
• Positive, proactive and calm under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach with eye for detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
