Job summary

Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our F&B team across restaurants, bar, and events spaces. You will deliver warm, professional service and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will mentor staff, ensure high standards of hygiene, and collaborate with kitchen and events teams to create memorable guest experiences. RSA certification, leadership experience, and flexibility to work varied shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and previous experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry.
• Current RSA Certificate.
• Working collaboratively with various departments.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, wine and cocktail knowledge is a bonus.
• Positive, proactive and calm under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach with eye for detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
