Job summary

Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is seeking a friendly Bar Attendant to join our vibrant hospitality team. You will provide on-brand service to hotel guests and event attendees, prepare cocktails, wines and spirits, and keep the bar area clean and well stocked.

The role requires RSA certification, a willingness to work a rotating 7-day roster including late nights and holidays, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced premium hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bar Attendant in a vibrant, fast-paced, high-volume venue.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer; aware of on-trend beverages.
• Experience in exceeding guest expectations and delivering outstanding service.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.
• Able and willing to work a rotating 7-day roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must have RSA certificate.

Job Description
