Job summary

Accor's Pullman Sydney Olympic Park Bacar Restaurant is seeking an energetic, guest-focused Food & Beverage attendant to join our dynamic team. You will provide efficient service across breakfast, lunch and dinner, ensuring guests experience refined hospitality.

Qualifications include RSA Certification, flexible rotating roster, at least 1 year in a premium hotel or steakhouse, strong presentation and communication, and Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• RSA certification required.
• Flexible to work a rotating roster (early mornings, nights, holidays).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a premium hotel or steakhouse restaurant.
• Service oriented with an eye for detail and confident communication.
• Pride in presentation.
• Have full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.
• Support the Assistant Managers with breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
• Input orders promptly ensuring the kitchen can fulfill their duties.
• Be involved in the service of conference and events functions.
• Maintain clean and neat presentation of the bar and restaurant following set procedures.

Job Description

At Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, our signature Bacar Restaurant is known for refined dishes, bold flavours, and impeccable presentation. We're now seeking an energetic and guest focused Food & Beverage attendant to join our dynamic and energetic team. This position is responsible for providing efficient food and beverage service that exceeds our guests expectations.

What you'll be doing:

• Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings
• Support the Assistant Managers with the breakfast, lunch and dinner service
• Input orders promptly ensuring the kitchen can fulfill their duties effectively
• Be involved in the service of conference and events functions
• Maintain clean and neat presentation of the bar and restaurant following set opening, closing and daily procedures.

Qualifications

• Maintain current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, nights and public holidays
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a premium hotel or steakhouse restaurant.
• Service orientated with an eye for detail and confident communication skills
• Demonstrate pride in presentation
• Have full working rights in Australia
