Job summary

Neighbourhood Wine is seeking a capable manager to join our team and help develop our business and offering while receiving leadership mentoring and training as we invest in you.

We offer WSET levels 1–4, a great weekly schedule of 38–45 hours, weekends with two consecutive days off, staff discounts, and opportunities for promotion within a energetic, informal environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or front-of-house shift leader.
• Strong leadership and team development mindset.
• Passion for food and wine with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the front-of-house team.
• Contribute to seasonal menu and wine program development.
• Uphold exceptional guest experience and service standards.
