Neighbourhood Wine in North Fitzroy is seeking staff to join a vibrant team. The role focuses on supporting our wine bar and restaurant operations while benefitting from mentorship and leadership development.

The position offers a flexible 20–38 hour weekly schedule, with full leave, loading and penalty rates, plus extensive training and promotion pathways within our growing business.

Neighbourhood Wine is a wine bar and restaurant in North Fitzroy, with a reputation for offering our customers great service, food and exceptional wine in a laid-back setting.

We believe in seasonality and simplicity: the excitement of taking the best produce at the right time of year and turning it into something beautiful to enjoy. Provenance and sustainability are key. It's in the DNA of our wine list; a list that leans pretty hard into lo-fi and minimal intervention practices but extends to the rare and classic, too.
