Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited, delivering Eurest food & beverage services for BMW in Mulgrave, VIC, seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee stock, ordering, and daily operations. The role focuses on food safety and HACCP compliance, and delivering seamless service with a smile.

You will engage with customers, master the POS, assist with food preparation, and support cleaning routines while contributing to a proactive, team‑oriented workplace with opportunities for progression.

Food and Beverage Supervisor

• Shifts available 8am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday

THE POSITION

• Stock management and ordering
• Food safety knowledge and understanding including food safety supervisor qualified (preferred)
• Engage with customers and master the POS, delivering seamless service with a smile
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen support tasks
• Maintain a strong customer focus, responding to feedback with a positive and proactive approach
• Support daily cleaning routines and accurately record temperatures and allergen information

THE PERSON

• Proactive and willing to take initiative to support the team and take on additional tasks as needed
• Ability to work well under pressure, independently, and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and procedures
• Genuine passion for and knowledge of WHS, Food Safety, and HACCP standards
