Kingfisher Bay Resort, part of Journey Beyond, is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to head food and beverage operations across its resort outlets. You will guide a large team, ensuring outstanding service for guests and events, with opportunities to develop management skills within a major island destination on K’gari.

Applicants should have leadership experience in F&B, strong communication, and current qualifications (QLD RSA, Food Safety, RMLV).

About the Role

You'll help lead food and beverage operations across one of K'gari's largest resort teams, ensuring guests enjoy outstanding service wherever they dine.

From busy restaurant services and bar operations to conferences and special events, you'll support your team, maintain service standards and help create a positive and professional guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader looking to broaden their experience and grow your management career within a large and diverse resort operation.

You'll Bring

• Experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Duty Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar and food service operations
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
• Current QLD RSA and Food Safety Certificate
• RMLV Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
