Job summary

Kingfisher Bay Resort on K’gari (Fraser Island) seeks an experienced F&B Service Supervisor to lead daily operations across multiple venues and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the F&B Manager, oversee shifts, and foster a positive team culture in a unique island destination.

You’ll bring leadership in F&B, strong service standards, and a hands-on approach. The role involves coaching staff, maintaining quality, and contributing to guest satisfaction across bars

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Duty Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including restaurant and bar service.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Current QLD RSA with Wine and cocktails knowledge.
• RMLV Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

About The Role

As Hotel Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our food and beverage outlets while ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered across the resort.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll lead and support team members, oversee daily operations and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. You'll also step into leadership responsibilities when required, making this a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking to grow their management career.
