Job summary

Harbord Diggers Memorial Club Limited in Freshwater, NSW, is seeking energetic, self‑motivated Food & Beverage Attendants to join our permanent part‑time team. You will provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced hospitality environment and be a true hospitality superstar.

Duties include coffee making, drinks prep, basic food prep, operating a cash register, delivering to tables and cleaning. NSW RSA & RCG certification or eligibility to obtain before start is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Barista and cocktail experience is desirable.

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking energetic and self-motivated Food & Beverage Attendants who thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment to join our team at Harbord Diggers on a permanent part-time basis. The successful applicant will be a true hospitality superstar that has a dynamic personality coupled with exceptional customer service experience.

More specifically, some duties will include:

• Enhancing the food & beverage experience for all members and guests
• Coffee making
• Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Basic food preparation
• Operating a cash register
• Delivering food and beverages to tables
• General cleaning

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a similar role and within the hospitality industry
• Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Barista experience / cocktail experience is desirable
• Eye for detail
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task & remain calmThe ability to work in a team environment but to also work unsupervised and use your initiative
• Current NSW RSA & RCG certification or willing to obtain before commencement
• Great availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays
