Job summary

RACV Limited at Torquay is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across conferences, events, restaurants, bars, and in-room dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial performance. You will lead front-of-house teams, manage rosters and costs, partner with kitchens and events, and implement reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Opportunity

Join RACV and lead high-performing Food & Beverage teams across premium hospitality environments.

As a Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of conferences, events, restaurants, bars, and in-room dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial performance.
