Job summary

The Reef Hotel Casino Cairns is seeking Food & Beverage Attendants (Part Time and/or Casual) to join our team of hospitality professionals delivering exceptional service across Tamarind Restaurant, Flinders Bar & Grill, Lihou Bar and Bar 36.

You will provide professional service, maintain a clean work environment, and handle cash and card transactions via Micros POS. RSA attainment is mandatory, with flexible shifts and opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Queensland RSA Statement of Attainment.
• Excellent communication skills and guest approachability.
• Knowledge of Micros or similar POS system.
• Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks.
• Flexible with shifts.
• All Food & Beverage applicants must possess RSA Attainment Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction through professional service of food and drink.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work environment with high quality presentation.
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using Micros.
• Perform other F&B duties as required by each Outlet.

We are seeking Food & Beverage Attendants (Part Time and/or Casual) at The Reef Hotel Casino, the pre-eminent centre for gaming, entertainment, food and accommodation in Cairns.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate a commitment to total customer satisfaction through the professional service of food and drink.

Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, whilst providing a product of high quality and presentation.

Confidentially make accurate cash and credit card transactions utilising our point of sales system (Micros).

Other operational F&B duties dependent on the specific Outlet requirements.

Criteria

Must hold a Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment.

Excellent communication skills and competent in approaching guests.

Knowledge of Micros or a similar point of sale system.

The ability to work in a team and prioritise and complete allocated tasks.

Able to accommodate flexibility with shifts.

All Food and Beverage applicants are required to possess a current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Attainment Certificate.
