Job summary

RACV Cape Schanck Resort on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our casual team. You will work across outlets and events, delivering friendly service and helping create memorable experiences for members and guests.

Key duties include serving food and beverages, barista coffee, and supporting conferences and functions. We offer flexible shifts, a supportive team, and opportunities for training and development in a stunning coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail and customer service is desirable.
• RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is required or encouraged.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve and assist guests across outlets and events.
• Prepare and assist with coffee service where required.
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to maintain high service standards.

We're currently looking for enthusiastic and customer focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. About the Opportunity

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll work across a variety of outlets and events throughout the resort, delivering exceptional service and helping create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest.

From serving food and beverages and making barista-made coffee to supporting conferences, functions and special events, no two shifts will be the same. You'll work closely with our food and beverage and kitchen teams to ensure service runs smoothly while maintaining RACV's high standards of hospitality.

• A passion for hospitality and delivering great customer service
• A positive attitude and strong team focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous hospitality, food and beverage, retail or customer service experience is highly regarded
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays
• RSA Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• A willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed
