Job summary

RACV Cape Schanck Resort on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our casual team. You’ll work across outlets and events, delivering exceptional service and helping create memorable experiences for our members and guests.

This role offers flexible shifts, RSA required or obtainable, and opportunities to develop within a renowned resort with discounts on RACV products, accommodation, dining and experiences.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and delivering great customer service.
• Positive attitude and strong team focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous hospitality, food and beverage, retail or customer service experience is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• RSA Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Serve across outlets and events, delivering exceptional service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including barista coffee.
• Support conferences, functions and special events.
• Work closely with F&B and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.

We're currently looking for enthusiastic and customer focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. About the Opportunity

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll work across a variety of outlets and events throughout the resort, delivering exceptional service and helping create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest.

From serving food and beverages and making barista-made coffee to supporting conferences, functions and special events, no two shifts will be the same. You'll work closely with our food and beverage and kitchen teams to ensure service runs smoothly while maintaining RACV's high standards of hospitality.
