Job summary

Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney is seeking a motivated Full-Time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in the hotel’s F&B outlets. You will contribute to delivering seamless, friendly and efficient service to our guests, with wine and cocktail knowledge preferred and RSA certification required.

The Role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Full-Time Food & Beverage Attendant to work in our hotel's F&B Outlets.

Duties

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the successful applicant will pride themselves on working in a team to deliver seamless, friendly and efficient service to our guests.

The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills

Strong Customer service skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Wine knowledge and cocktail knowledge preferred

Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently

Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work independently

Minimum 2 years' Food & Beverage experience

Knowledge of Micros POS

Hold a current RSA Certification

Availability to work Flexible Shifts
