Job summary

Novotel Melbourne is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to join our casual team. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare coffees and beverages, and help set up conference spaces across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.

Located in Melbourne's vibrant inner-north, this role offers opportunities to develop hospitality skills, work with a supportive team, and participate in Accor's customer-focused service culture.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B or hotel experience.
• Experience working in conferencing is a bonus.
• A current and valid RSA (or willingness to obtain one).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure seamless dining experiences.
• Prepare and serve coffees and beverages.
• Maintain buffet stations, conference setups, and service areas.
• Keep the restaurant and conference areas clean, tidy, and well-presented.

Located in Melbourne’s vibrant inner-north, we are a leading conference venue and leisure destination offering contemporary accommodation, stylish dining, and versatile event spaces in the heart of Preston. With 383 guest rooms, 13 conference and event venues, and two on-site dining outlets, our property caters to both corporate and leisure clients.

Easily accessible via the 86 tram and Mernda train line - both within walking distance, and with over 400 on-site parking spaces, our property is ideally positioned. We pride ourselves on delivering professional service, memorable experiences, and flexible solutions to meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele.
