Crystalbrook Bailey is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant with strong barista experience to join Arte on the ground floor. This part-time role offers 24–28 hours per week and requires a current Queensland RSA and Australian working rights.

Early starts, weekends and public holidays availability is preferred. You’ll provide attentive, personable service, take orders, serve food, process payments and maintain a welcoming, well-presented space while collaborating with cafe colleagues to ensure

The Opportunity:

At Arte, thoughtfully made coffee and a warm welcome go hand in hand. Located on the ground floor of Crystalbrook Bailey, we are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant with strong barista experience to help bring this experience to life. From preparing a regular’s morning coffee to helping a visiting guest choose their breakfast, you will deliver attentive, personable service with care for the details.

Alongside preparing excellent coffee, you will support all aspects of café service, including taking orders, serving food, processing payments and keeping the space welcoming and beautifully presented. Working closely with your colleagues, you will help service flow smoothly and make every guest feel looked after.

This is a part-time position offering 24–28 hours per week.

You take pride in your coffee craft and find just as much enjoyment in the people you serve. Confident behind the machine and welcoming on the café floor, you bring a thoughtful approach, clear communication and a willingness to support your colleagues.

You will bring:
