Job summary

Crystalbrook Collection is a bold, luxury hotel group in Australia, offering a range of experiences across its venues. We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver warm, personalised service, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure pristine dining spaces.

• Experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a luxury environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Current RSA certificate required (QLD).
• Comfortable working across a 7-day roster. Enthusiasm and adaptability to deliver exceptional guest service.

The Opportunity:

At Crystalbrook Collection, every dining experience is an opportunity to surprise, delight and connect. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering warm, professional and personalised service across our venues. From welcoming guests and taking orders to serving beautifully presented food and beverages, you will bring confidence and attention to detail to every interaction.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will work alongside a collaborative Food and Beverage team to prepare the venue for service, process orders and payments and ensure our dining spaces remain welcoming and well presented. You will help each service run smoothly while ensuring every guest feels valued and genuinely looked after.

This is a [casual/permanent part-time/permanent full-time] position, offering [X] hours per week.

You are an engaging, guest-focused professional with a natural flair for service and a passion for hospitality. Experience in a similar role is ideal, but we believe great hospitality starts with genuine passion, personality and a willingness to learn. • Previous experience in food and beverage service within a high-end environment will be highly regarded
