The Opportunity:

The presentation of our hotel shapes every guest’s experience from the moment they arrive! As a Public Areas Attendant at Crystalbrook Bailey, you will help create that all-important first impression by ensuring our shared spaces are clean, welcoming and beautifully maintained throughout the day.

From the lobby and guest facilities to the spaces behind the scenes, you will take pride in the details that keep the hotel looking its best. Working both independently and alongside our housekeeping team, you will stay one step ahead of daily cleaning needs, identify potential hazards and report maintenance issues to support a safe and seamless guest experience.

This is a casual role offering 8+ hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts based on operational needs. Availability across all three shifts—5:00am–1:00pm, 10:00am–6:00pm and 3:00pm–11:00pm—is essential.

The Talent:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated team member who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of cleanliness, presentation and safety in a hotel environment. Previous experience in housekeeping or public area cleaning is preferred, however a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally valued.

You bring a calm, organised approach to your work, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards. You are professional, reliable and enjoy being part of a culture that is collaborative, courageous and customer obsessed!
