Crystalbrook Riley is seeking Food & Beverage Attendants for permanent part-time roles across restaurant floor, bar and poolside areas in Cairns. Roles offer 16–32 hours per week with some poolside focus.

You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver drinks and meals, ensuring a welcoming, polished guest experience. Successful candidates will have F&B service experience, strong communication, and a current RSA certificate, with availability seven days a week, including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally within a hotel, restaurant or resort.
• Confidence taking orders, recommending menu items and delivering attentive service.
• Clear communication, professional presentation and an eye for detail.
• A current QLD RSA certificate.
• Availability across a seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The Opportunity

From vibrant dining experiences to relaxed days by the pool, our Food & Beverage team brings Crystalbrook Riley’s tropical spirit to life.

We are seeking Food & Beverage Attendants for permanent part-time opportunities across our restaurant floor, bar and poolside areas. Positions offer between 16–32 hours per week, with one role primarily focused on poolside food and beverage service.

From welcoming guests and sharing menu recommendations to serving food, preparing drinks and delivering poolside refreshments, you will help make every experience feel effortless and personal. Working closely with our venue leaders and wider team, you will anticipate guest needs, keep service flowing and take pride in the presentation of our dining and poolside spaces.

You are warm, attentive and approachable, with a natural ability to make guests feel welcome. You enjoy the variety of food and beverage service, work well with others and stay organised when the pace picks up.

For the poolside opportunity, you’ll enjoy working outdoors and know how to balance a relaxed guest experience with attentive, efficient service.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally within a hotel, restaurant or resort
• Confidence taking orders, recommending menu items and delivering attentive service
• Clear communication, professional presentation and an eye for detail
• A current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• A positive, collaborative approach and a willingness to support the wider team
• Availability across a seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
