Job summary

voco Gold Coast is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead restaurant, bar, conferencing and events operations on a full-time salaried basis. The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive service excellence and guest satisfaction across multiple outlets.

You will work with the F&B leadership team to motivate and develop staff, manage daily service periods, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality, food and beverage, hotels or restaurants.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Hands-on approach with a passion for customer service.
• Experience with POS systems and hotel operations is highly regarded.
• Flexible availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.

As a Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you'll work closely with our Food & Beverage leadership team to deliver exceptional service, drive team engagement, and ensure smooth daily operations across multiple outlets. This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front and creating memorable moments for our guests.

About the Role

This is a full-time salaried position working a rotating roster across breakfast, mid and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
