Hallmark Hospitality is opening a new late night country venue in Maroochydore and seeks energetic Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team from day one.

You’ll provide friendly customer service, handle fast-paced bar service, take orders, run food and drinks, and keep the venue clean. RSA certification is required; flexibility for late nights and weekends is essential. Join a vibrant, supportive team shaping a fresh venue experience.

Hallmark Hospitality is launching an exciting new late night country venue in Maroochydore and we’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, vibrant venue from day one, delivering exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests while working within a supportive and energetic team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

• Fast paced bar service

• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Running food and drinks during busy service periods

• Glassy duties, including clearing and resetting tables and maintaining venue cleanlines

• Assisting with venue setup and pack down

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas

• Contributing to a positive and energetic team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous food & beverage experience in a high volume hospitality venue

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including late nights and weekends
