Job summary

Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, part of Oscars Group, seeks a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join the team across Horizon Restaurant, Relish Café, and the Banquets & Events team. Weekend availability is essential and you’ll deliver exceptional guest service in a premium hotel environment.

You'll be part of a dynamic hospitality group with opportunities for regular shifts, ongoing training, and employee discounts across Oscars Group venues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant.
• Confident three-plate carry experience (essential).
• Flexible availability across 7 days, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.
• The ability to remain organised and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
• Australian working rights (Students welcome to apply).
• Ongoing training and development in a premium hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional and personalised customer service to every guest.
• Set up, service and pack down restaurant, conference and event spaces.
• Carry and serve food and beverages safely and efficiently.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene and responsible service of alcohol requirements.

About the Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to become a Food & Beverage All-Rounder, working across Horizon Restaurant, Relish Café and our Banquets & Events team.

From breakfast service and à la carte dining to conferences, weddings and special events, no two shifts are the same.
