Job summary

voco Gold Coast is seeking Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to provide exceptional guest service across our restaurants, bars, conferencing and events operations on a casual basis.

You will rotate across outlets and functions, support the team, and work evenings, weekends and public holidays as part of a dynamic hotel environment. Prior hospitality experience is preferred and Queensland RSA certification is required or obtainable.

At voco Gold Coast, we believe great hospitality starts with great people. We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis across our restaurants, bars, conferencing and events operations.

About the Role

As a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while supporting our restaurant, bar and events teams. No two days are the same, with opportunities to work across a variety of outlets and functions throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional and engaging service to guests
• Take food and beverage orders and process transactions accurately
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards
• Assist with conferences, weddings, events and special functions
• Prepare and reset restaurant, bar and event spaces
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service areas

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for hospitality and customer service
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is flexible and available to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Holds a current Queensland RSA Certificate (or is willing to obtain one)
• Has previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
