NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking experienced Food & Beverage Team Members for Freycinet Lodge in Tasmania. Multiple roles include waitstaff for the Bay Restaurant and an opportunity for an experienced bartender. We welcome couples and individuals with a passion for guest experiences to apply.

Join a team that values flexibility across breakfast and dinner service, with opportunities in both formal dining and bar service, including cocktails and wine service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, restaurant or formal dining service.
• Genuine passion for guest experiences.
• Strong communication and a friendly, professional approach.
• Flexibility to work across breakfast, dinner and split shifts.
• Wine knowledge or experience in food and wine service.
• For bartender role, basic mixology and cocktail-making experience.

Responsabilités

Want to work in one of Tasmania’s most spectacular locations?

We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Team Members to join the team at Freycinet Lodge. With around five positions available, we’re particularly looking for experienced waitstaff to join our formal dining team in the Bay Restaurant, along with an opportunity for an experienced Bartender.

Whether you’re looking for your next hospitality adventure on your own or travelling and working as a couple, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Depending on your experience, you could be:

• Providing warm, professional table service in our Bay Restaurant
• Creating a memorable dining experience for our guests
• Taking food and beverage orders and sharing your knowledge of the menu
• Serving and recommending wines and beverages
• Preparing and serving cocktails and other drinks behind the bar
• Working across breakfast and dinner service, including some split shifts

What You'll Bring

We’d love to hear from people who have:

• Previous experience in hospitality, particularly restaurant or formal dining service
• A genuine passion for providing great guest experiences
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
• The flexibility to work across breakfast, dinner and split shifts
• Wine knowledge or experience in food and wine service
• A WSET qualification, which would be a fantastic advantage
• For our bartender opportunity, basic mixology and cocktail-making experience
