NRMA Parks & Resorts at Cradle Mountain Hotel in Tasmania invites a dedicated couple to join our hospitality team, with one opportunity in Housekeeping and another in Food & Beverage. Staff accommodation and meals package is available, and couple applications are welcome.

You’ll work together to deliver warm guest experiences in a stunning natural setting. This role is ideal for partners seeking a shared lifestyle, offering hands-on service, room cleaning, restaurant service, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping/cleaning and food & beverage experience.
• Tasmanian RSA & Food Safety certification.
• Own vehicle due to remote location.

Responsabilités

• Clean and service guest rooms and public areas.
• Help maintain linen, cleaning supplies and housekeeping areas.
• Present rooms with pride and attention to detail.
• Work as part of a busy, supportive team.
• Welcome guests and deliver friendly, memorable service.
• Provide food and beverage table service.
• Assist with restaurant set-up and reset.
• Process orders and dockets, including cashiering duties.
• Bar, barista and cocktail experience will be highly regarded.

• A positive, hands-on attitude—you’re not afraid to jump in
• Previous housekeeping/cleaning and food & beverage experience
• Great customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work well in a busy team environment
• Flexibility and a willingness to pitch in where needed
• Tasmanian RSA & Food Safety certification
• Own vehicle (due to remote location)
