NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking casual Housekeeping Attendants for Freycinet Lodge near Coles Bay, Tasmania, with immediate or early/mid November start. You will provide housekeeping across all accommodation types and public areas, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

We are currently seeking multiple casual Housekeeping Attendants for an immediate start as well as an early/mid-November start. We also welcome applications from couples looking to work together.

We’re looking for team players who are dedicated, have a great attitude, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you’ll be able to commit to staying with us for at least 6 months.

What you’ll do:

You will provide housekeeping and cleaning duties across all accommodation types and public areas to ensure the presentation of the property is maintained to a consistent, high standard. A good level of fitness is required to meet the physical demands of this role, along with a resilient and can-do attitude. On a daily basis you will:

• Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to our housekeeping standards
• Complete linen changes, clean cabins, replenish stock, and record items in rooms
• Work as part of a supportive team, while also being comfortable working autonomously

What you’ll bring:

• A reputation for providing excellent customer service and engaging positively with guests
• Previous housekeeping experience (preferred)
• Strong time management skills and an eye for detail
• The ability to follow direction and meet daily task expectations
• A flexible approach to working hours across a 7‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays
• A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
