Purearth Foods Pty in Melbourne is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of ingredients, packaging materials, consumables and finished goods within our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead inventory control, optimize storage layouts, coordinate inbound and outbound transport, and ensure timely supply to production lines while upholding GMP/HACCP standards.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager, Distribution Manager or similar operational leadership role.
• Experience managing warehouse operations within food manufacturing, FMCG, cold storage or a comparable environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, cycle counting and stocktake processes.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems and interpreting operational performance data.
• Demonstrated experience managing transport providers, freight operations and DIFOT performance.
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO, GMP, HACCP and food safety requirements.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate inventory records across raw ingredients, packaging, consumables and finished goods.
• Investigate stock variances and losses with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Optimise warehouse layouts, storage capacity and material flow across cold storage, ambient storage and finished goods areas.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transport, shipment scheduling and freight provider relationships.
• Ensure the timely supply of packaging materials, ingredients and consumables to production lines.
• Coordinate replenishment and material staging to support production schedules and minimise downtime.
