Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or process improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma).
• Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective CAPA plans.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating adaptability and effective communication.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality improvement plans and strategies to enhance product and process quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis of quality defects and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and analyze quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement in production processes.
• Lead and participate in quality audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality considerations into new product development and process changes.
