Job summary

Clemenger Field Marketing is seeking a full-time Sales Merchandiser in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs to grow our client's market share through in-store execution and opportunity-based selling. You will manage core product ranges, set up promotions, and build strong relationships with store managers.

You will report insights, plan call cycles using an iPad, and work autonomously with field support. The role features a competitive salary package including superannuation and a car allowance, and

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales based role in Retail, FMCG or Merchandising.
• Previous experience in pharmacy highly regarded.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Valid driver licence and reliable car.
• An attractive total salary package including superannuation and car allowance, is on offer.
• Autonomous role with comprehensive training and in-field support.
• Company provided iPad to work via apps to report on tasks and plan call cycles.

About the Opportunity

We are keen to get an awesome new team member onboard to work as a full time Sales Merchandiser.

Our client, Procter & Gamble, is an FMCG leader and provider of world class brands that can be found across the globe, used by more than 8 billion people. WorkingMonday- Friday (38 hours per week)across Sydney Eastern Suburbsand surrounds. You will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance through store ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below:

• Selling in core and NPD products
• Negotiation of greater shelf space with managers to leverage market share
• Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
• Driving sales results
• Develop strong store relationships
• New line pre-sell and building of range distribution
• Implementation of product layouts
• Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity
