Job summary

Clemenger Field Marketing is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to drive in-store execution for Procter & Gamble across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and surrounds. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with a focus on increasing sales, expanding shelf presence, and maximizing promotions.

You will build strong store relationships, manage pre-sell activities for new lines, and report field insights to optimise market share and category performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales based role in Retail, FMCG or Merchandising.
• Previous experience in pharmacy highly regarded
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
• Able to work autonomously
• Valid driver licence and reliable car

About the Opportunity

We are keen to get an awesome new team member onboard to work as a full time Sales Merchandiser.

Responsibilities

Our client, Procter & Gamble, is an FMCG leader and provider of world class brands that can be found across the globe, used by more than 8 billion people.

Working Monday - Friday (38 hours per week) across Sydney Eastern Suburbs and surrounds.

You will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance through store ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below:

• Selling in core and NPD products
• Negotiation of greater shelf space with managers to leverage market share
