Job summary

CGL – Retail Services is seeking motivated and adaptable merchandisers to join the National Field Team, with immediate start options available near you. You will manage planograms, POS setup, pricing and ticketing across major retailers and a variety of brands including beauty, household and grocery products.

The role offers an excellent hourly rate, flexible weekday hours (no weekends), and the chance to work close to home with ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with store staff
• Strong attention to detail to execute tasks accurately
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach to merchandising
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Able to lift up to 15 kg and handle POS items

We are looking for someone with the ability to work and excel within a fast-paced retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of brands and products including beauty, gift cards, household cleaning, grocery, personal care and more, in major retailers like Coles, Priceline and Big W!

About the Role:

You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, point of sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing in a variety of retail stores.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Fantastic communication skills to build relationships with store staff

• Ability to receive Point of Sale items to home address
• Confidence in using smart devices and apps

Previous merchandising experience is preferred, but we would consider similar experience from different sectors. If you are willing to learn and have a great attitude, then you might just be what we’re looking for.
