Job summary

Chobani Australia is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to join our Dandenong South team. You will link Sales and Supply Planning to reflect customer demand signals in forecasting, enabling informed supply, inventory and production decisions.

Reporting to the Demand Planning Lead, you will support increased SKU complexity, promotional activity, and an expanding customer base. This role emphasizes collaboration with Sales and Planning teams to improve forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in business, engineering or science.
• Strong analytical ability and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with forecasting and demand planning in FMCG.
• Familiarity with IBP and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer demand forecasts over medium to long term.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and identify trends and risks.
• Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Lead regular account reviews on demand and promotional plans.
• Support IBP processes with forward-looking insights.
• Prepare dashboards and planning insights for stakeholders.
