Bega Group in Docklands, Melbourne is seeking a Demand Planner to align our supply chain with customer demand, using data-driven insights to build accurate forecasts and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure products are where they need to be.

This hybrid role requires collaboration across teams, with office days Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and work-from-home on Wednesday and Friday, offering flexibility and opportunities to contribute to growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning or other planning streams advantageous.
• Transferable skills in planning, organising, and prioritising tasks to meet business goals.
• Collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Competent in analysing data and sharing insights to influence decisions.
• Agile and solutions-focused, thriving in a dynamic FMCG or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts by leveraging data, market trends, and business insights
• Facilitate engaging demand review meetings and contribute to the weekly S&OE process
• Analyse demand drivers and collaborate on actions to optimise forecast accuracy
• Report and communicate forecast outcomes to key stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement
• Maintain demand planning systems and proactively address potential issues

The Role

Our Docklands office is the hub for our corporate functions within the Bega Group. You'll enjoy lots of natural light and great facilities to take advantage of, including a fully stocked fridge loaded with a range of Bega products! We are right next door to Marvel stadium and some of Melbourne's best restaurants, cafes and bars.

As a Demand Planner at Bega Group, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning our supply chain with customer demand.You'll use data-driven insights and teamwork to build accurate forecasts that support business growth, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure our products are always where they need to be.

This position is a hybrid opportunity, working from the office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and Work from Home Wednesday and Friday.
