Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a leading Australian food producer to recruit a Contract Administrator. Based in Sydney, you will manage the full end-to-end contract lifecycle and support the legal team with high-volume administration in FMCG operations.

You will maintain records, draft basic agreements, liaise with internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance while contributing to a supportive, collaborative environment and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years contract management experience in FMCG.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise.
• Strong tenure in previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Heavy Administration working closely with and supporting the legal team.
• Updating and maintaining records, documents and paperwork.
• Drafting basic agreements and correspondence.
• Manage shared inbox.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Managing the full end-to-end contract life cycle - preparing, reviewing, issuing and maintaining contracts.
• Supporting compliance activities.
