Job summary

Monadelphous is inviting applications from experienced E&I Supervisors (QA/QC and Construction) to join a major Oil and Gas construction project in Karratha. The role will lead and mentor the workforce, ensure HSE compliance and drive performance on site.

You will bring electrical trade qualification, WA Electrical Licence, and Cert IV in Hazardous Areas, with proven supervisory experience on large projects and a customer‑centric safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification and WA Electrical Licence.
• Cert IV in Hazardous Areas.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Supervisory experience on major oil & gas projects with top tier contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the workforce on site.
• Actively monitor work practices and coach employees on HSE compliance.
• Review performance and address issues per Monadelphous procedures.
• Communicate with client representatives on project progress and issues.
• Plan and organise work to meet project requirements and productivity targets.
• Ensure site rules are followed and promote safety on the crew.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to the crew.
