Kialla operates a specialised Organic Flour Mill and Stock Feed Mill near Greenmount, offering hands‑on milling experience and training toward the Diploma of Flour Milling. This 4‑day, full‑time role includes monitoring equipment, performing quality checks and learning through specialised systems.

You will learn to operate and optimise milling processes while using software and automated systems to keep production running smoothly. A proactive mindset and strong maths skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust milling/processing equipment.
• Perform quality checks and equipment calibration.
• Work with Quality Assurance to maintain product specifications.
• Troubleshoot and respond to equipment or production adjustments.
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety and workplace safety.
