Job summary

Mort & Co is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for our Grassdale feedlot in Dalby, Queensland. You will support the Milling team to produce steam-flaked grains for livestock rations and help maintain plant equipment to a high standard.

Key duties include taking regular samples, operating boilers, and performing minor repairs, while keeping hygiene and data records up to date. A Boiler licence and forklift training are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience operating steam mills and boilers.
• Ability to operate plant control systems and MES.
• Commitment to hygiene and quality record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling and boiler equipment to produce steam-flaked grains.
