Job summary

Montefiore is seeking a Floating Executive Care Manager to oversee quality care across campuses and cover managers' leave. This permanent, full-time leadership role requires clinical and operational expertise within a well-resourced aged care setting.

You will lead an inter-disciplinary team, drive quality improvement, and work on special projects under the General Manager’s guidance to uphold our person-centred care values.

Qualifications

• RN registration with AHPRA is required.
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care or Health Administration is highly regarded.
• Proven management and operational experience in aged care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of quality care and services across units.
• Cover managers' leave and support the team in a floating role.
• Lead special projects and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, allied health and hotel services teams.
