Job summary

Montefiore seeks an experienced Executive Care Manager to lead its dementia-specific 60-bed service across Randwick. This role provides operational and clinical leadership to nursing and an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents living with dementia.

You will report to the General Manager Residential Care and work within a well-resourced team focused on clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder partnerships with residents,

Qualifications

• Qualifications in nursing, aged care management, or health services management with AHPRA registration.
• Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience.
• Strong clinical and leadership experience in aged care.
• Proven leadership in dementia care environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership to nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversee budgets, staffing rosters and resource allocation.
• Drive resident-centred care and continuous quality improvement.
• Mentor and support an interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Foster partnerships with residents, families, staff and regulators.
