Montefiore is seeking a Floating Executive Care Manager to oversee quality care across campuses and cover managers' leave. This permanent, full-time leadership role requires clinical and operational expertise within a well-resourced aged care setting.

You will lead an inter-disciplinary team, drive quality improvement, and work on special projects under the General Manager’s guidance to uphold our person-centred care values.

Formación

• RN registration with AHPRA is required.
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care or Health Administration is highly regarded.

Due to an internal promotion, Montefiore has an outstanding and exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate Floating Executive Care Manager (Facility Manager) to join our experienced team.

Working across three campuses, this is a permanent full-time floating role in which you will be charged with overseeing the delivery of quality care and services in one of our eight units to cover managers leave and/or support the team. Your remit will also include working on special projects and quality improvement initiatives in addition to other ad hoc tasks.

Reporting to the General Manager of Residential Care you will be supported by an experienced clinical and administration team. Additionally, you will be working within a well-resourced inter disciplinary structure that includes dedicated clinical, allied health and hotel services.

This truly is a leadership role working within established systems while thoroughly expanding your professional experience as a leader in aged care. Alongside your clinical expertise, you will demonstrate sound operational experience, a strong commitment to person-centred aged care, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively as part of a high performing inter disciplinary team.

• Current RN registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Post graduate qualification in Aged Care, Health Administration or equivalent would be highly regarded
• Previous management and operational experience in the Aged Care industry
• Customer-service focus with well-developed skills in developing strong relationships with residents, families, community partners, and regulatory bodies to foster trust and transparency
• Effective leadership in workforce and financial management
• Strong understanding of aged care regulations and quality frameworks
• Ability to demonstrate effective HR management and rostering skills
• Exceptional leadership skills with a collaborative, empowering approach to team development
